Fashion Illustrations

I am currently packing for a very quick little vacation.  Yes, I will be taking pictures and this time will share.  I miss making videos.  I am going to try and film more and make a interesting video hopefully.  Last time I took video it was the worst mix.  I hope I come up with something good.  All of you know probably how I love to feature cute little illustrations that I find.  This latest one is amazing.  These are actually three different artists.  Their works are all gorgeous.  I found them on .templatesfactory.net, the site has a short little bio about each of the illustrators.

This dress is so simple and perfect.  I really like the basic color and basic cut, it still makes a big statement.  Chloe's style is always amazing!

1950's Styled Dresses

I have been in quite obsessed with the 1950's style recently.  I love the cat eye glasses, and big dresses.  I found an etsy account today that is dedicated to this fabulous style of dress.  They are so adorable, I may have to make one for myself.  Here is the link... etsy.com.  Absolutely gorgeous!

Photo Shoot with my Dad

The other day I mentioned I needed a new picture for my blog and had a small photo shoot, with the help of my Dad.  I think it was a great time to bond together, not to mention normally I have to attempt to take my own pictures.  I figured I would share some of the other pictures.

There is something about this dress that I really like.  I am getting a little tired of the mullet dress style, but like this dress.  The styling with the make-up, hair and the over all look is fantastic.  Do you like this look, or dislike it?

New Fashion Journal

Yes, The Fashion Journal has a new look.  Only a new picture really, but to welcome in the summer I figure I needed something to resemble the season.  I hope everyone likes it.

Chanel Resort 2013

I was browsing style.com and clicked to view the Chanel Resort 2013 line.  I was expecting the usual class and elegance that comes with the Chanel line; that is exactly what I go,t only this time with a bit of hip-hop style incorporated.  This has to be one of my favorite Chanel lines.  If someone told me a line exists that incorporates victorian style into a modern hip-hop style, I would probably laugh and expect to see the worst collection ever.  Instead, Karl Lagerfeld has created an incredibly innovative collection which I believe will be spoken about for years to come.  I love his play with proportion in the waist, resembling the large underskirts which were popularized in 1775.  This line incorporates both classic and signature items of the Chanel line with new twists.  It is absolutely amazing and truly a sensational line!

Here are my favorites.

-I must say the styling is so beautiful.  I love the hair and make-up.

 -He can come water plants at my house anytime.

 -Karl Lagerfeld- the genius behind this gorgeous line!
