Kristen Stewart in Balmain (Safety Pin Dress)

We all know that I am a big fan of Balmain, but yet who is not a fan?  Kristen Stewart rocked this fabulous red dress at the MTV awards last night, that was more than adorned with safety pins.  She pulled it off so well and just looked overall stunning.  I like how the look was simple but still edgy and chic enough to cause quite the stir on the blogs!  Love it!!!!
